Ryan Dodson to Replace Denyse Kling for November Election
We are excited to announce that Ryan Dodson will replace Denyse Kling on the ballot for the 2021 general election. Denyse has decided to step away from running after advancing through the Democratic Primary in May, 2021. According to its bylaws, the Manheim Township Democratic Committee may appoint a new candidate in the event that a candidate decides against continue after the primary. The Manheim Township Democratic Committee appoints Ryan Dodson, who has demonstrated dedication to the Manheim Township community and knowledge of the Board of Commissioners’ responsibilities.
Ryan is running for a two-year term on the Manheim Township Board of Commissioners because he is committed to maintaining the Manheim Township community as a happy, safe, and green place to live. Ryan has served the community as a mortgage professional and as a small business owner. He grew up in Manheim Township, has served as a judge of elections, has assisted in local efforts to restore streams, and has volunteered for several local charities. Ryan pledges to help manage suburban sprawl in MT; encourage volunteerism and civic engagement; and ensure all MT residents have access to all that living in MT has to offer.
