Sam Kulp

I’m running for Manheim Township Commissioner because I want to help protect the existing farms and green spaces we have, champion smart redevelopment, and create the safest community we can. With a background in finance and a passion for preserving what makes our township special, I’m ready to work for thoughtful, community-focused progress.

ABOUT SAM

  • Graduate of Garden Spot High School, Class of 2011

  • Earned a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University

  • Holds an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University

  • 10 years of experience in agricultural banking and finance

  • Serves on the Penn State Agribusiness Management Major Board of Directors

  • Member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce’s Ag Advisory Council and YPN Advocacy Committee

  • United Way Ambassador for Lancaster County

As a Township Commissioner, Sam will focus on preserving farmland and open space, promoting responsible development, and ensuring our community remains safe and vibrant. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, reading, and hunting.
