March 4 Meeting

Coffee with a Commissioner
Manheim Township is governed by a Board of 5 Commissioners and our Commissioners are setting aside time the 3rd Saturday of each month to meet with residents of Township at the Coffee with a Commissioner from 9-11 AM at the Municipal Building (1840 Municipal Drive Lancaster, PA 17601). Drop by and discuss. Let our local officials know what matters to you.
Petition Signing Party
Our candidates need your signatures to get on the ballot in April. So we are throwing a petition-signing party so that Democrats in Manheim Township can sign the nominating petitions of candidates that they care about. And there will be snacks and treats! Drop in and sign some petitions, have a cookie, meet a candidate, and connect with your neighbors.

Endorsement Meeting
The Manheim Township Democratic Committee will be holding this year’s Endorsement meeting on Wednesday, Jan 8, 2020. We will be endorsing candidates for the 97th PA House district, the 13th PA Senate district, and for the 11th Congressional district.
November 5 Election Day
November 5, 2019 is election day. The polls open at 7:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. Make sure to vote in this crucial election for the future of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, and the state of Pennsylvania.
Oct. 26 Forum on Government Transparency
We may expect transparency and accountability from our elected officials, but we often don’t get much of either! Pennsylvania received a grade of “F” for “transparency and accountability” from the Center for Public Integrity in 2015, bad enough to be ranked 45 out of the 50 states
